About
Hi, I'm Ksenia.
I've spent more than a decade in tech, most of it as a Scrum Master in product organizations like Pluto TV, at Luxoft for one of Germany's largest car manufacturers, and at MedeAnalytics.
I've seen from the inside how structure, dependencies and leadership decisions shape what teams can deliver.
Today I combine that experience with organizational design and deep coaching practice. I work with leaders who want their organization to keep up with what their people are now capable of, without losing the trust and relationships that hold it together.
I also mentor product people and young leaders at Projector Institute and STEM IS FEM.
